I have always had a love of Ford Mustangs, and to this day I still have my first car, a 1969 Mustang Mach 1, which I got at the age of 17. It was in need of a lot of work, and working on fixing up that dream car was where I learned that I had a natural knack at doing this type of work. Over the years I would buy old Mustangs, fix them up, and sell them. Then my friends started asking me to repair restore their cars and then they started sending their friends over to get their cars done. They would say that they loved how much attention that I would pay to the details of their cars.  From there is how Back from the Dead Restoration Shop got started. But mostly, it was my love of old Ford Mustangs that got me doing restoration of cars like Classic Mustangs, as well as other classic cars and antique autos.  Lately I’ve been seeing many old Mustangs in the Maine area that are in need of work from a shop that specializes in doing car restoration work (besides your local quick-fix bondo body shop) where people can get their old classic Mustangs properly restored.  That’s why I started “Maine Mustang”.  With 30 years of experience working on Mustangs and a true love of the Pony car, you can rest assured that you will get the very best work done on your Mustang. We get a lot of work from central Maine and lower New England States,but would gladly help anyone.
